Ultra-plast™ WF 101

Calcium soaps + amides of fatty acids

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 101 is a lubricant and filler dispersant for most types of wood
filled composites. It contains reactive groups which can enhance the coupling of polymers
and wood fibers. Therefore it acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent, leading to
a more homogenous compound.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 101 works especially well under high shear conditions, e.g.
Injection Molding.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 101 can be used for all kinds of polymers, especially suitable for
PP, PE and PVC. However it is not recommended to be used together with coupling
agents as it contains metal ions.
